Six California Cities Ranked Among Top 10 Least Educated In US Six California cities ranked among the top 10 least educated metropolitan areas in the United States, according to a report by WalletHub published on June 29. Looking at the 150 most populated metro areas, the city of Visalia ranked as the second least educated, while Bakersfield was fourth, and Modesto, Fresno, Stockton, and Salinas followed.
