Yesterday, OpenAI announced that they would be scrapping the planned release of its next-gen AI model because of "deceptive" behavior. Today, we find out from a leaked prospectus ahead of Anthropic's $2T IPO that AI could pose "catastrophic or existential risks to humanity."
