More Than 62,000 Arrested For Speech-Related Offenses In Britain, Report Finds Via American Greatness, More than 62,000 people were arrested in Britain for communications offenses over a five-year period, according to a new civil liberties report warning that the country's increasingly broad speech restrictions are having a chilling effect on free expression.
