Ukraine Donor Fatigue: Half Of Countries Withdraw From Czech Ammunition Initiative According to Czech President Petr Pavel, a full half of the Kiev-supporting Western coalition has quietly abandoned Prague's flagship initiative to jointly procure artillery ammunition for Ukraine's military.
